About
Sílvia Guillén

Sílvia Guillén works at the intersection of art, design and strategy. Her vision merges sensitivity and reason, intuition and analysis, to shape projects that grow from essence and unfold with coherence and beauty.

From branding to contemporary art, the thread is the same: to understand, create and express the invisible. Her process combines research, deep perception and aesthetic awareness to transform ideas into visual, material and conceptual languages that connect authentically. Whether developing a brand or an artwork, her purpose remains constant: to give form to the essential, to make the profound visible and to communicate with soul.

Over the last two decades she has worked for institutions and companies in the Basque Country and Catalonia — including Grupo Mondragón, Elkar Megadenda, Trias Jewelry, the City Council of Igualada and the Rovira i Virgili University — as well as several of private companies that have trusted her with their corporate identity, communication materials, catalogues, annual reports, audiovisual pieces and exhibition design. Her work is recognised for its commitment, involvement and a clear intention to deliver value, improvement and coherence to every project and process.

Her career has also been distinguished in the field of design with an Anuaria Gold Award, four Anuaria selections, participation in a representative exhibition of Basque designers, and publications in seven international design books (Index Book and Fünf Freunde), featuring her work in identity, editorial design and visual communication.

In contemporary art, her latest projects have been selected for CONTEMPORANIA Barcelona (2025), the international exhibition 1000 VASES in Paris, and the Fundació Miró, which published her work Fertility Vases in Lluerna. She has held a solo exhibition at the Museum of Leather in Igualada, and her performance Pell amb Pell was nominated as one of the best audiovisual artworks at the 7th International Craft Audiovisual Exhibition, later published on Filmin for its innovation and impact. Her pieces have also been selected by Hotel Arts and she has collaborated with brands such as Sita Murt and Paula Ordovás (Casa Manuela Marbella).

Today, her work continues to grow between Barcelona and Igualada to worldwide, building bridges between concept and form, the intimate and the universal, the strategic and the poetic. She accompanies brands, institutions and individuals who seek authenticity, coherence and beauty — not as a supplier, but as a trusted partner.
